My husband and I had an incredibly delectable dinner at Cento. We sat at the counter where we watched the magic take place in the kitchen. Immediately after we ordered and started seeing every dish that was ordered in the restaurant come out right in front of us, we wished we could've ordered every item on the menu. The food is incredibly tasty and presented quite simply and beautifully. The carbonara is the best I have ever had. Instead of the sauce thickening almost as soon as it's in front of you, it remained a broth like texture because of the sous vide egg they use when plating the dish instead of the traditional method. The chili crisp garnish added another layer of uniqueness to this carbonara. We just loved it.

The best pasta in LA! Every dish was incredible, the server was great, and the place as a whole definitely lives up to the hype. They even changed plates and utensils for each course. I’m definitely coming back soon to try more from the menu!

NYE prix fixe menu and food was delicious. One my favorite patios in LA. Our sever Devyn (sp?) with such a snails and great service helped make the night even better.

Ambiance is great. Food left us with mixed feelings. We went for NYE dinner and had the prefixe meal. The best part of the meal were the pastas by far. The spinach agnolotti was pillowy and delicious. The chocolate tart for dessert also memorable and tasty. The rest of the meal didn’t live up to the standard we expected for a restaurant with a Michelin mention. Lamb was cooked over done and scallops were rubbery and didn’t have a char. Perhaps it was an off night due to the set menu. Will come back again to see if it’s different another night since the pasta was so good.

Extraordinary absolutely outstanding brought my friend Michael for the first time our toes curled with every bite. Our service was perfection. The food is immaculate unbelievably tasty super super yummy. Lots of fun. Lots of love. Can’t wait to come back shout out to the Cento staff. thank you keep it coming!!! HAPPY New Year!
