Cayo Caribe was founded in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 2015, on Avenida F.D. Roosevelt by Rolando Jatib and Jose Gonzalez. The reception was instantaneous thanks to our fresh products, attractive prices and excellent service, making everyone feel like family and want to return. Some of our famous dishes are our extensive variety of rice dishes, seafood paellas, meat paellas, fresh fried Red Snapper, seafood and stews such as the oxtail, and our fish tacos. Weekly we receive the freshest fish and lobster from our coasts always supporting our local fishermen. We invite you to visit us at any of our restaurants located in Condado, Montehiedra, San Patricio, Roosevelt Ave. and Old San Juan. We thank our clients and our suppliers for the continuous support during these years and we commit ourselves to continue offering them a memorable culinary experience.

We made a reservation. Received confirmation email. Arrived and it was closed. It was. 30 min ride there for nothing. Why take reservations if you’re closed.

Good variety of choices. We started with oysters and for the main dishes we had the NY Strip and Fish Tacos. The food was really good. Staff was extremly friendly. Our spanish is very limited and they were patient with us. They do have staff that speak english very well. We would definetly go back.

From appetizers to desserts, this restaurant exceeded all our expectations! Our family especially enjoyed the appetizers, drinks and the variety of plates. The “antojos surtido” was a crowd-pleaser! Hubby greatly enjoyed his seafood risotto. Highly recommended!”
