                                                                                                              Wow - we had such an amazing dinner at Cayo Blanco to end our vacation wish we had found it earlier we would have visited several times. Made our reservation for 5:30 arrived a few minutes early was seated at a small table against the wall, within a couple minutes a waiter came over and introduced himself we ordered some drinks a minute later another gentleman came over introduced himself explaining that they would be working together if we needed anything to let them know. We reviewed the menu and decided on fish tacos and Octopus to start . My Wife is not a fan of fish tacos but completely enjoyed and would order them again. The octopus was melt in your mouth tender. Wife had the skirt steak a recommendation from another guest just finishing up - cooked perfectly tender with truffle potatoes - I had the pork chop with rice and beans. Both so full we took our desserts to go- the restaurant is fairly small but with that attention to detail in both food and service is definitely a priority we understand the awards on the wall and are much deserved. Fabulous experience

For sure make reservations because the line outside can be long and frustrating. Definitely don’t miss this experience if you like seafood and Puerto Rican cooking style 😃

                                                                                                              We made a late night reservation through Open Table. Received a notice 30 min before our reservation time telling us that our table was ready early. Shortly after sitting down we were told to order right away because the kitchen was closing. I don’t know if it was their eagerness to close or the late hour but the food was subpar. My partner’s medium rare steak came out very rare. My mofongo was tasty but the skirt steak filling was so salty I could barely eat it. To be fair, we felt so rushed that we didn’t give the restaurant any feedback. We just ate what we could and left.
