   The wait was horrible and they did nothing to try to get us seated in time. We got our table 40 minutes after the reserved time. The food was fine and nothing exceptional. Service was okay. The tables were a bit cramped together; the server placing food on the table adjacent to ours was literally hitting his back into us as he served them. Given the price, it doesn’t seem worth the cost for this experience. It might be a good place to go on a regular weekday evening but not on a busy night or during special occasions.

   We had high hopes for our Christmas Eve dinner but were left deeply disappointed. My husband and I opted for the Seven Seas prix fixe menu, while our two sons ordered à la carte. Here’s a breakdown of the experience: •Appetizers: The octopus was flavorful, but the lobster was chewy and completely bland. Despite ordering two prix fixe meals, we were served only one portion each, which felt surprisingly small. When I questioned the waiter, he claimed there were two portions on one plate, but I noticed another table receiving the same-sized plate for a single order. •Main Courses: The bouillabaisse was a huge letdown. Bland, uninspired, and one of the dishes was overcooked. To make matters worse, we were served four plates of it due to an apparent mix-up. When we pointed it out to the waiter, his response was simply, “Enjoy.” This took up unnecessary space on the table and didn’t improve the meal in any way. •Kids’ order: The lamb and breaded chicken our sons ordered were unappetizing, and neither of them ate more than a bite or two. •Sides: The macaroni and fries were the only highlights of the evening, which says a lot given the price point.    Terrible waitress service. Had to wait 30-45 minutes to be seated ( even after having a reservation), then when seated had to ask them to remove stuff off the table and also wait an hour for our food.

   Anniversary turned complete disaster. Bad table. Hair in the food. Manager proposed to take some off the bill like that would make a different. Big L. Never coming back.

   Awful experience. We booked the restaurant for a special meal and instead were shoved in the conservatory. We booked it based on the pictures which showed a beautiful dining experience. What we got was a drafty, cold bland conservatory. My niece had to wear her coat through the whole meal as it was so so cold. The food was not even average, it was hideously over priced for what it was. I had to chase up where our main was as it was slow to come out and to be honest we were desperate to go as we were so cold. It was over 300 dollars for 3 starters and 3 mains, with no alcohol. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone

   Chase and our servers were incredible! Sexy and fun atmosphere and the food is really, really good. Pretty expensive but overall would go again. Great for celebrations!
