   The place is very nice. It was beautifully decorated. The appearance of the food was very nice but the pork chops was way too hard. They look beautiful coming out. Had a nice taste, but they were tough.

   The food was way hyped up. We ordered the filet & Mash potatoes. The potatoes were watery and slopped in port wine reduction all around it. It was like soup and sugar collided. The duck was chewy rubber with sugar glaze and the rossetto tasted like syrup was the base with cranberries. I could not eat any of my meal. We spent 280 on and very disappointed. Everyone who waited on us seemed rushed. We stayed for three nights and never got to sit in a main tonight room we sat in a little small room un-decorated. We went to enjoy the ambiance. Seem short staffed. The dessert same Carmel over pumpkin cheesecake. The only dessert made in house I guess. For 4 star place and restaurant I give it a 1-2. Very disappointed.

   Best waffle I’ve ever eaten! Best hamburger my husband said he has ever eaten! So we had to swap to sample each other’s meals —and mutually agreed on the superlative award for each!

   Very pricy. But the experience extraordinary. Food was cooked well but would have preferred a better choice of sides or to have been able to interchange entre sides. Loved the bartender / waiter Jordan. The night was our anniversary and the experience was perfect.

   What a neat experience to go up to the roof and take in the view. And then have a delightful lunch inside. Service was great, food was delicious and the atmosphere exceptional’ so glad we went!

   Had a 10:45am reservation for a party of 8. Took 30 minutes for our drink order and our waiter disappeared many times with long periods in between. Finally food came and the poor waitress dropped most of our order on the floor. Not her fault but that was on top of the bar dropping glasses on the floor and then they dumped waters all over the lady dining in front of us! Food was just okay especially after a 2 hour wait for a meal. Service was not great at all and automatic 20% tip was added for party of 8.

   10/10 rate the castle! The ambiance of the Christmas season was a beautiful backdrop to brunch. The bar tenders were fantastic, and it was enjoyable experience all the way around.

   The location is beautiful, but we thought the food was underwhelming for the price. One of our entrées came out a little cold, and the other was under seasoned. Our server did not come back until it was time for the bill.

    The service and food were excellent. We are a rowdy bunch who love to laugh. This was a very quiet and reserved atmosphere. Better for two people or a quiet group.
