   When in Omaha you eat steak. Cascio's was recommended by a barkeeper at another establishment. We were looking for good steak, casual atmosphere, and close to the Zoo, success on all three. Server and other staff we warm and gracious. Bonus, after dinner we went to the bar and the bartender changed the channel so we could watch the Lynx Game.

   Classic Omaha Italian steak house food served by the best waitresses around town. Our steaks were delicious and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

   Great food. Excellent service. Good, fun, old fashioned neighborhood Italian/steak house. No pretense. Worth going. Will do again.

   Cascio's is the OG of the Omaha dining scene. Alfie and his entire crew do an outstanding job!

   Our first time at a classic in Omaha. Bruschetta was very good, ribeye (14oz,$44) nearly fork tender, tons of fresh breadsticks and normal garden variety salad. Eggplant parm was thick and cheesy. With steaks and seafood, you get salad, bread, potato, pasta, and coffee/tea. That's a lot of food! We took some of it home so we could share an excellent tirimisu. But what we took home were good memories of friendliness and welcome atmosphere. Waitress Tammy was a joy.

   We were in town for the College World Series and found this gem. We are Italian food snobs, and let me tell you, Cascio’s was phenomenal. I want to take a weekend trip soon just to go back to eat here.

    It was a pleasant experience. But probably overpriced for items received. Dad ordered Pittsburgh steak and it did not come that way.
