We have been going to Casanova for 40 years and have never been disappointed. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary this week at Casanova. The service and hospitality were amazing from the hostess to the sommelier to the server. They accommodated us with our table of choice, suggested lovely champagne, wines and entrees. And, did I mention the fabulous dessert? It was a special evening at our special place. Thank you Casanova!

Over all the food was good but the menu online was different than our visit. By the time we were served, they were out of a few menu items. I ended up having to order 2 salads as my meal. The dessert we were hoping for was also out.

They ran out of the one item I could eat on their entree list. The online menu us hopelessly out of date, and they don’t fix it. What we ate was very good.

The seafood linguini was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. The atmosphere is just lovely and the menu is varied enough for all tastes I would think. I really loved it. The only hiccup was what I considered a slightly rude response by the sommelier. I wanted to ask him whether the bottle of wine we selected would pair well with the entrees my husband and I planned to order and he cut me off quickly and said I should raise menu questions with our server.

Excellent service, atmosphere and well presented, delicious food. It had been a long time since I’ve been and now I remember why it’s so hard to get a reservation. Highly recommend it!

Whoever the saucier is, give them a raise because they are single handedly CARRYING the food. This had to have been one of the most disappointing meals of my life, considering how much I was looking forward to this meal. We ordered the gnocchi, escargot, linguine, and duck confit. All dishes were consistent; dry and/or insultingly overcooked. The best thing was probably the gnocchi, but even that was below average. The gnocchi had no body because of how overcooked it was. It disintegrated into my mouth with the consistency of wet sand. The escargot was underwhelming as well. The mains, however, were just flat out bad. Firstly, the linguine. Everything was overcooked. Soft mushy pasta, rubbery overcooked shrimp, and sad, shriveled-up mussels. Shockingly, the linguine wasn't even the worst thing we ordered, which would be the terrible duck confit. Once again, dry, grey, and overcooked duck on top of a bed of the single worst beans I've ever eaten at any restaurant. The beans were shockingly bad. Weirdly enough, the beans seemed undercooked. They were rock hard and difficult to even smash under a fork (see the video). If you did manage to smash a bean, you were met with a dry, depressing, undercooked mess that had the texture of sandpaper. It's as if the beans came straight out soaking with no cooking whatsoever. The only redeeming quality in the food was the sauce. All four dishes had a great sauce, which did its best to mask the horribly cooked food underneath. Again, give the saucier a raise for that alone, because it was the only good thing I ate. Aside from the sauce, the atmosphere was definitely a 5/5. That being said, if you only care about ambiance but have zero standards for the food you're putting into your mouth, you might enjoy this place. Our bill came out to $120 per person, including drinks and dessert. Will not be coming back or recommending to anyone.

Horrible food. Ravioli barely cooked, not aladent. I mean can’t chew not cooked. Drowning in 1 » of butter. Had to rerun it. Linguini seafood, pasty sauce with way too much salt. They lacked white wine , lemon. For 52$ rip off get the junior out of the kitchen

The quality of the seafood dish was disgustingly poor . Prices of the mains were extremely high for what you got and its presentation Services was good
