We come here every year and order the same dish everytime. This time it came completely different and when we told the waiter we were wrong and it’s the same. We usually order Chicken Marsala and this time it came with Teriyaki sauce all over it.. It was okay but not what we were looking to eat. In addition, we ordered a bottle of water a said only the small one. They brought a litre bottle that we advised we didn’t want and they changed for the small one. We were charged 10 USD (+tip) for the water .. we thought this was extremely unreasonable for a bottle of water. When we got home we noticed they still charged for the litre bottle that we didn’t order and also sent back for the small one. :( As mentioned though we have been coming here for years and this was the first bad experience here at the restaurant.

Sin duda el mejor servicio y la mejor comida de zona hotelera de Cancún. Arturo hace un gran trabajo. Todo el equipo en realidad se esfuerza mucho. Una excelente cena.

Casa Rolandi is a wonderful restaurant which features Northern Italian cuisine. My family and I make it a point to visit several times whenever we visit Cancun. From the friendly waitstaff to the lovely ambiance and delicious food, we look forward to our next visit to Cancun and to Casa Rolandi! The homemade bread and pastas as well as the fresh seafood are not to be missed!

Mixed drink was not very good and it was a standard cocktail. We waited over 45 minutes for our salads and another 30-40 minutes for our entres. Server was gracious but very slow. New ownership maybe is the problem? Sadly after 35 years we will not be going back.
