   Really noisy. We were sat on a table out of the way, behind some pillars, next to the stairs. It was quite cramped with the table back to back with us. We were out of view of the wait staff and twice had to get up and go to the till to gwt somebody's attention. Service was quite slow - tables who came in after us were served before us. Noise levels were really high and we could hear the music from the upper floors also, we could hardly hear our own conversation at times. The food was lovely but it was very disappointing that we were only allowed to order small gluten free pasta dishes because the kitchen didn't have enough to make 2 x large portions and in fact the portions we received were really small!

   Love this place, everyone was served at the same time all 15 of us, the food is lovely and so are the staff, would highly recommend Casa italia

   Everything about Casa Italia is outstanding, the staff, ambiance, the food is traditional Italian and fresh & delicious. We come here as often as we can.

   I’ve been coming to this restaurant for 30 years with my family. I arranged a family gathering for Friday 21st February. The venue was as ever very busy but it always is. We had a table on the top floor. The food was wonderful and we were looked after really well by Rudy. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks Team Casa for making the evening so good.

   RUINED OUR HEN. Absolute joke, had us sat for 50 minutes and when I finally asked where our food was they told us they had lost our order, got a half assed apology no offer to give us our good straight away we got offered desserts which non of us were interested in. How can you not notice a table of 8 people have no food??? They made a big fuss about how we needed to he there on time and how we may have to pay fees if we didn’t etc etc and they couldn’t even put an order through. Joke if you need a need restaurant in Liverpool go to VILLA ROMANA

   Nice venue, lovely atmosphere and good service. The food was lovely, really tasty and big portions. Great value for money. There were 7 of us and we had a range of pizza and pasta dishes and everyone was impressed. Glad we booked as people were queuing to get in!

   Was ok but my tomato tasted a bit funny in my dish they use this for the bread topping too so all tasted the same and the meatballs wouldn’t rush back but lovely staff.

    The room was freezing cold,I had to put my coat back on,food was nice no atmosphere upstairs,wasn’t what I was expecting after being told it’s the best restaurant in Liverpool.
