   We sat at the counter and watched the chefs prepare the meals. It was a very laid back vibe with great food and wine. Very cozy place.

   We have been Carson kitchen fans for a long time but tonight means we probably won’t go back. So loud you couldn’t hear the person next to you. Over dressed salads. Chicken sandwiches that tastes of fish probably due to old oil. Service that just wasn’t on point. With so many places to go in vegas I don’t think we’ll be returning visitors again.

   Everything we ordered was incredible! Chicken thighs, chicken skins, beet salad , raspberry pear salad, burgers, boozy carrots—-all were amazing. Great service.

   We were in town to enjoy Vegas March Madness, when we found Carson Kitchen just off Fremont Street downtown. Friendly host sit us down in quiet area in outside dining area. Waiter Thomas suggested the Gyro tacos, they were excellent, accompanied with several Sangria cocktails. We suggest this place because it gave us a place to wind down from hustle and bustle of Fremont street.

   Really friendly staff and excellent food! Try the rabbit farfalle pasta! So good!!! Nice spot for a drink and meal. We even sat at the counter and watched everything being cooked! Everyone was friendly and the drinks were great!

    Very eclectic Menu Enjoyed the taste & presentation! Pork belly was a little tough for my liking, but was tasty & well presented Service was very good!
