   Our wait person never refilled coffee. We asked another person to help us and he told us to ask our server who disappeared until we asked another waitress for the check. Food was ok.

   New Year’s Eve , wanted to book a place close to our hotel since streets were being blocked by police. Food was fast once our waiter took our order after 15 mins of seated, however everything was overcooked. Chicken to pasta. The vodka sauce tasted out of a can. I think during an everyday shift things would have been much better. Stick to burgers if not sure

   My experience was great! The food was excellent. I went on a busy night, so service was a little slow. But overall, I had a great experience!

   We had a reservation for 11:45, RESERVATIONS HELP BUT THEY DONT SEAT YOU RIGHT AWAY! Maybe you wait about 15 to 30 minutes even though you have a “reservation” The food was AMAZING! The portions of the pancakes and the sandwiches are very big so in hungry or share your plate. The prices are very reasonable for being in New York but be ready to spend at least a $100 for a party of 4.

   We had the chance to test the Carnegie Central Park the service and the Quality of the food is not comparable !! Very disapointed with the service today in comparison with a few days ago ..

   Great experience! Food was fantastic! The manager and assistant manager made sure we were comfortable and had a great time! I highly recommend Carnegie Diner & Cafe!

   BEWARE-Your open table reservation is NOT a reservation but priority seating over the walks in for the waiting list. They don’t care that you made a reservation through opentable and we still had to wait 20 mins to be sat. We stood next to another party who was told the same thing and were frustrated also and were waiting longer than us (we had party of 3 and they had 5). My water glass was dirty and I had to ask for another. The pastrami Ruben was fine but the coleslaw and sauerkraut was not good. The tropical waffles were great. Personally, I would eat elsewhere in the future

   Even with reservation you gonna wait 20 mins. My hashbrowns were burnt. The chicken omelette was lacking flavor. Prices were ok. The bbq chicken wings were the best. The place was ok not bad.
