   Arrived to a warm welcome, asked to be seated in a quieter part of the restaurant which was hard to accommodate as the restaurant had a few big tables in. The waitress that served us took our order. She was a bit chaotic and we did have to repeat it several times. We ordered wine, it was awful and returned yet still appeared on our bill! Our food was gorgeous, ambience noisy but still enjoyed our evening with friends. We ordered drinks specifically with one cube of ice this was obviously not reiterated to bar as it came with a glassful of ice. Would I return - yes - but I would check if large groups booked in prior to attending. Beware - check your bill - if we had just paid it would have been 28.00 over because wine not removed.

   We had a lovely meal at Carluccio’s. The food was delicious and served very quickly. Our waitress was lovely and made sure we had a good evening. We really enjoy eating at Carluccio’s. Not only is the food of a high quality and excellent service but we like the layout of the restaurant. There is plenty of space and we don’t feel cramped.

   Lovely evening with four friends Food was good and it was buzzing The noise level was quite high think wooden floors contribute Waitress was excellent and cheerful Would recommend

   Excellent service, great food reasonable price as always, our favourite Italian restaurant, always select Carluccio's for a special occasion

   We had lunch on Sunday. Despite the place was busy, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. We all enjoyed the meal. We will definitely go there again.

   Great customer service, great food and atmosphere . Jessica looked after us and she was great. Jessica keep doing what you are doing . I’m sure the place wouldn’t be the same place without you.

   Unfortunately didn’t live up to expectation. We are a frequent visitor of this restaurant but last night was our worst visit. Took my girlfriend here for Valentine’s Day, but slow service put a dampener on the evening. Had a 40 minute wait between Starter and Main, understood maybe a slight delay due to the busy atmosphere but was asked by the waitress if I was ready for dessert and I hadn’t even had my main yet. The table next to us had ordered the same dishes and received before us despite arriving after us.

   Everything excellent except for the Penne Arrabbiata, which did not use penne pasta and it did not have enough spicy arrabbiata sauce. Get that right and everything would have been perfect. Great night and highly recommended.

   Always been a fan of Carluccio's and maybe have used it too much. The menu seems to have reduced and the choice is now limited. There are daily specials shown on the menu on the website but either not available or the waitress hadn't been made aware of them. Lovely place to go if new to the venue or just to pop in for a snack.

    Great food as always, wine menu has got very pricey though which is unfortunate
