    Eaten here lots of times and good always good . However today one of the meals had to be sent back ad it was cold on the inside . The staff were very good abd bought another meal which was lovely and hot and there was no charge for the meal . Won’t put me off going g again as always been nice before

    My perception was that Carluccio's would be a bit nicer than other Italian chains - it wasn't. The festive menu was disappointing - the pork saltimbocca was dry and was not worth the jaw ache chewing.

    Very good knowledge of coeliac disease very helpful. The gluten free pasta and mums main dish came out very quickly and was delicious, the pudding took longer, the polenta cake was a lot more bitter than I was expecting. No parking close but still a lovely atmosphere and the food was good
