    I started with Calamari and Saltimbocca for main, my friend had the Prawns to start and Lasagne main, enjoyed a glass of NZ Sauv Blanc with starters and a bottle of a very good Montepulciano with our mains. All were served by Adriana, a very pleasant and efficient waiter. Will be back again soon. Seamus Cody

    Food and service were great but noise level was not acceptable. We were sat beside a large party of workers, who were obviously on a post Christmas party and we could not hear or speak over them. Why put such a large party in the middle of lunch time diners? It did not make sense when there is an entire floor upstairs where the large party would not have disturbed anyone. I could not wait to get out of the restaurant on account of the noise.

    Seven of us at the table, we all ordered something different. We all felt that our individual dishes were either tasteless or just mediocre. We were frankly, surprised, by this. We gave this feedback direct to the staff on the day.

    Visited Carluccio's Dawson Street for a quick bite before going to a show. My friend and I shared the bruschetta with tomatoes to start and then she had the seabass fillets and I had the pasta special the Penne Giardinieri and both were very good, hot and tasty. A glass of wine each (both ok) and we were done - and happy with what we had. Very efficient being shown to our table bang on time on arrival and then a very efficient and friendly waitress, No complaints at all!

    Was given the wrong main course but I did not mind as I have been there before and the food is so tasty indeed. Will be back again for sure and would recommend to everyone. The staff are very polite and great at their job too.

    I have been here before and it has been much better. The staff were under a lot of pressure and it felt like there was not enough people working. The service was very slow throughout the evening. The food was very slow to arrive and cold when it arrived, but the bottom of each pizza was burnt. Overall it was disappointing for the cost.
