   Excellent meal, great service. We will definitely be back. We split a salad and soup (which they divided for us in the kitchen... So much easier than sharing a plate), both got the fillet. I got the brandy cream peppercorn sauce which was phenomenal. We shared the creamed spinach and the Parmesan truffle fries. I got one of their signature drinks, a vanilla vodka passion fruit concoction. It was fabulous. I highly recommend Carbon and we look forward to returning.

   We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and everything was overwhelming in all the right ways. Greeted with Champagne and a complimentary one bite of a chipotle chicken soup was a wonderful way to start the evening off. The service by Zatti was warm, friendly and attentive. The ambiance was stunning. We shared the Caesar salad, which could have been the best I have ever had. The braised beef was outstanding, I highly recommend to try this dish. I am already looking forward to the next time I am able to dine here. Thankyou carbon

   Service and food was outstanding. I was celebrating my birthday dinner with my wife. The people were great to interact with. Carbon Steak is one year old. Happy we celebrated my birthday @ Carbon Steak!

   Very nice new Steakhouse in Milwaukee, they are really trying, they have a great staff and were very kind to my wife and I, food was very good, (get the Makers mark old fashioned sauce), waitress and management were awesome, check it out, recommended! 😁

   I thought the food was well prepared and presented. Wait staff and management was attentive and engaging. Seared scallops, Peppercorn alfredo with tenderloin, Mushrooms, and asparagas was what we had and were all good!

   We had an amazing time at Carbon Steak and will be going back in the future! The ambiance of the place was upscale and modern. We were there on a Tuesday so it wasn't too busy but still felt lively. Megan our server and the gentleman who I assume is the manager (didn't catch his name) were both outstanding. Attentive without being overbearing. The little extras like the braised rib bite and the vodka with the caviar were excellent touches. The food was incredible. Bone-In Rib Eye was cooked to perfection and so flavorful. The Spicy Radiatori lived up to it's name and was delicious. Cocktails, Wine and dessert were all great and if you like Espresso Martini's get one here!

    Seafood tower is a winner can be either an entree or an appetizer! Steak was seasoned and grilled to perfection. Teagan was a great server despite having a trainee and the manager checked in often and was very friendly. The experience here was top notch. We were celebrating our anniversary so the total experience mattered.
