It was a post valentine celebration and our first time so we were excited. The appetizers and cocktails were ok but our main entree were disappointing. The veal piccata was not what I expected. The meat was gamey and was hard to ignore even with parmigiana on it. The beef risotto special was served cold. I’ve had much better Italian food with the price we paid.

The minestrone soup was served with a mixture of fresh vegetables and herbs. It was excellent as usual. Beef short rib was on the menu as a special item and the meat was so very tender and flavorful. Capone’s Italian Cucina is consistently serves excellent food. My husband and I are long time customers.

This is the best Italian restaurant in Socal. Service is outstanding, friendly and very attentive. Dined here twice so far, everything we have ordered has been excellent, pizza is amazing, also had chicken parm and butternut squash ravioli. Apps are great as well, ambience is nice and everything is reasonably priced. Can see why this place has so many great reviews.
