Service was very poor. Food was good; cowboy ribeye was cooked to order and butter nut squash ravioli was very tasty. There were a total of 15 people in the restaurant including the bar area and still took 45 minutes for our food and more than 10 minutes each time we ordered a beer. Additionally, this was a joint birthday dinner date for my girlfriend and I, and nothing was mentioned despite including the information in our reservation. While we were sitting in the dining area they were setting up the next morning’s buffet at 8:30 pm despite not closing until 11. Will not be dining there again.

I had the tomatoes basil soup, lamb shank, veggie of the day, and goat cheese polenta, and a nice Argentinian Melbac. The soup was average, the lamb shank had little to no flavor, normally there is a deep flavor in braised meat ... It was just bland. The veggies were great... Well cooked. The polenta, tasted like undercooked grits. The service was good and the restaurant layout is interesting. Unfortunately I would opt to go elsewhere next time.

Our server was very friendly, but they must be under staffed because we had to wait a bit for service. Food came out quickly and hot. The arancini was delicious. Crab cakes were OK, lots of filler and it seemed like I got a shell in each bite.

We had an 815 pm reservation, on Saturday 2-15-2, this was our Valentines Day dinner since I worked a 24 hour shift on Friday, So we arrived just after 8 and were told they were not ready to seat us yet. That was fine we said we would go to the bar, so after 20 minute wait to get a drink at the bar, 30 minutes went by and nobody had come to look for us yet to be seated. I went over to ask how much longer and I saw on the tablet it had us as already seated. The girl said she would seat us right away. We got seated on the upper level and after another 25 minutes the waitress finally came over after walking by us several times just saying she will be right there. There was a table of 6 seated and another table of 2, both parties were finished eating they were just sitting there talking. When we finally did get the waitress we ordered drinks, appetizers all at the same time because by now it was 915. Appetizer was ok and dinner was disappointing, my wife's chicken was dry her vegetables looked like they had freezer burn. My spaghetti was pretty basic, meatballs tasted like it was just beef formed into a meatball and not a bit of seasoning at all. All in all it was extremely disappointing, and will not be back. Actually already told people to not go there.

Overall experience was simply mediocre. Appearance was great food was good service was ok not great. It was very cold we had to stay in our coats the entire dinner which did not help the food stay warm.

Our server was nice, but the restaurant was short-staffed on NYE. Food and drinks took forever to come so we had to skip on the desserts since we were running out of time and had to leave for our next appointment (desserts were included in their NYE dinner special). I ordered a medium rare filet mignon oscar, but received an overcooked steak instead.

It was an average experience. Reservations were not required although the app and restaurant website made it appear it was fully booked for the evening. Clever layout with 3 levels of dining. Bathrooms easy to find and access. The food was industrialized, hotel food. Food temperature was just above Lukewarm. Would I eat here again? Maybe just for drinks and an appetizer. It’s a good choice for a group with basic tastebuds. If you enjoy franchise dining, make a reservation. If you prefer local eats that are more daring, make a reservations elsewhere. Service was friendly and attentive.

Overpriced and low quality. Overall attempts to be upscale but both the food and restaurant are lower quality. Steak was like shoe leather and plating was sad. I expected more for the branding and price. Don’t waste a date night here.
