Cantoro Trattoria is a family owned upscale yet casual Italian restaurant featuring house made pastas and traditional Italian cuisine including a variety of pizzas cooked in our wood burning pizza oven. Our in house sommelier and general manager Ian McClain maintains a complete wine list from around the world with emphasis on selections from Italy. Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020,2021, and 2022. Mlive "Top 10 List" for best Italian restaurant's in Michigan 2017 and 2022.

    We were there to celebrate a friend’s birthday and we were extremely disappointed about the cold table and corner we were seated in. Asked several times if the curtain could be closed on the windows or if we could have a heater. We eventually were able to get the heater from the diners table behind us when they left. Our food came out cold however only one of us was brave enough to return to have it heated. The server was very professional and tried his best throughout the evening to make sure our dining experience was ok. The food and atmosphere were sub par. Very disappointing.

    We highly recommend Cantoro Trattoria. We dine here often and is always very good. Everything we ate was delicious. The branzino was our favorite dish. The octopus appetizer could have had some more octopus but it was delicious! We will definitely dine here again sooner than later.
