   The Hamachi appetizer was incredible. The Salmon over Garbanzo beans and the Lobster soup are unreal! The chocolate celebration is outstanding! Great service!

   Very beautiful restaurant and view. Our server was very polite but our food was a little disappointing. The steak and salmon were very good but the snapper and pork chop fell way below expectations. Both were extremely overcooked and dry. For this type of establishment with this pricing, there should be much better quality control. Dinner for 5 was $400 before tip so should be a little better.

   Had their Christmas dinner menu this week. It was HORRIBLE. For only having 2 options to choose from per course and a not very full restaurant, the food arrived very slowly and was always luke warm at best. The lobster bisque didn't have a single actual piece of lobster in it, the ravioli pasta was too thick and undercooked, and the beef tenderloin barely had a sear on it and the "gnocchi" that came with it were so dense/chewy and the sauce covering them seemed like alfredo from a can. I have low expectations for hotel restaurants but man this one was beyond the pale in terms of how bad it was. Zero service (waitress was short with us and just dropped the food off without a word) and on the patio they had this fake audio of birds singing that was SO LOUD, and the waitress just laughed at us when we asked if we could then it down.

   Our family of 5 dined here for Christmas dinner - the four course meal. While everyone was friendly, the food was not very good - cold and not well seasoned. For $100 pp, the “experience” left a lot to be desired. We left after the second course. The restaurant adjusted the cost for the final course, which was appreciated. Hopefully, it was an off night.

    I made reservations for this restaurant well in advance, and about a week prior, I even spoke with someone over the phone to adjust our meal time at their request. We were coming in from a cruise and had heard wonderful things about this place, so we were excited and willing to spend $54 on an Uber from the port to get there. The location is absolutely stunning, which only heightened our anticipation. Sadly, the service fell short of expectations. We waited roughly 35 minutes for our food, and during that time, our waitress was unfriendly and inattentive. There were also some miscommunications about our drinks, which made the experience increasingly frustrating. When the food finally arrived, several entrees were either cold or undercooked. Not wanting to address it again with the waitress after the earlier issues, we requested to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager seemed annoyed by our concerns rather than understanding. While the meals were reheated and served correctly the second time, the entire situation left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. We understand that it was Christmas Day, so some delays and hiccups are expected, but a warmer, more hospitable approach would have made all the difference. It's disappointing that such a beautiful venue with so much potential was overshadowed by subpar service.
