An adventure in gastronomy awaits you at "Caliope Steakhouse", Opened in 2015 and re-launched in a new location in 2021. International fusion that sources fresh and delicious local ingredients. Excellent food and service! We really enjoyed the hot stone filet market mignon. We also had the Brie, which was baked and carmelized to perfection and the ceviche, which had a nice kick to it. Highly recommend 😀

Las carnes estaban sabrosas y buena temperatura. Comimos un Wellington, balance ideal, entraña y el cerdo caramelizado. El espresso martini, xopa café y limoncello estaban deliciosos. El ambiente muy agradable. Sabrina nos atendió muy bien.

We had a great experience at Caliope. the food was great, the waitstaff was energetic and helpful. they did a great job, and I would highly recommend it.

Ate at Caliope for my girlfriend's birthday and the staff was awesome. They played the music she wanted to hear, sang happy birthday and of course gave her dessert. The steak was really good and cooked to perfection. Paola was outstanding.

I got the tomahawk steak, medium well. It came medium as it’s presented on a hot plate and cooks a little as you go. It allows you to cook the steam to the level that you want. Tasted very nice and well seasoned. Also ordered the catch of the day (grouper) and it was good. Overall food was good and service was even better. Paola was amazing. She coped with our lack of Spanish very well.
