   Everyone’s meal were very very good - ranging from chicken parm to lasagna to beet salad to quinoa salad. The calamari and zucchini app while good was kind of flat - I’m not a salt person but this dish needed something salty to punch up the flavor. Calamari was a bit chewy and not as tender. Service was terrific!

   Terrible experience. Service and food was terrible and way overpriced. It was our favorite place we will never go back. Was hoping for an amazing New Year’s Eve experience. So upset after leaving and having to leave hungry and pay what we paid.

   It was very busy. We had a reservation but only place available was the high top in the bar. We had trouble finding a waiter/waitress to serve us. Eventually the host found a server to help us. Food was not very warm when it arrived. I love this restaurant so this was a disappointing dinner. However a gentleman came over and said the meal was on them. We didn't even ask but They knew it wasn't a great experience. That is an exceptional restaurant for making it right. We will be sure to continue dinning there on our next visit to Naples.

   Our server wasn’t available to us when we needed drinks, pepper, cheese, etc. He was probably just very busy, but hindered our experience

   First the good. The food was exceptional. I had the surf and turf special for 80$ which included two split halves of a lobster tail along with each claw attached. Steak was prepared perfectly to temperature as well. It came sitting on top of the mashed potatoes and asparagus which made it difficult to cut the steak as it slid around and made a mess of the potatoes as it pressed out around the plate. Perhaps a larger plate or different plating should be considered. The short rids with pasta were tender and tasty. The Branzino was a good portion and was a very flaky white fish with an excellent light butter sauce and came with a side of Nicely cooked spinach and grains. Now the bad. I suspect our waiter had no training as a waiter having neither the ability to connect with the customer nor the skills required to work at such a high end restaurant. For example, I looked around and saw each table were served bread before dinner. We finally had to ask for it. When my meal came out there was not one utensil on my plate needed for a surf and turf meal: no steak knife, no crab cracker and no small fork; we had to ask for all of these and mostly from the bus boy as our waiter was no at hand and not attentive. After spending 300 dollars on a meal that was excellent I was really bothered by the ineptitude of our waiter. I did tip 20% as I believe the bus staff probably get a cut and did not want to punish the person who was actually responsive to our needs. Were there just a few issues I normally don’t post anything that would reflect badly on the establishment as there are one-offs and bad days for every business. But this is intended to educate the management so they may address the issues through retaining. I would go again for the food however, would not want the same server.
