   Me and my girlfriend went out for date night and our server James was Fantastic, service was great, food was great. We then left our jackets with the coat check and went downstairs to Silver Lyan where the drinks were excellent. Great experience!

   The service from the host to our server and later in the evening the bartenders was outstanding! On our next visit to DC we will definitely be making reservations.

   Went as a family of 5 for a birthday dinner. The overall experience was amazing… there were however an abundant amount of trump supporters everywhere which was a big ick! (Try to avoid coming here around any political event to avoid this) But either way had nothing to do with the amazing service Tyler provided while we dined here. I try to come here everytime im in the city! Definitely recommend trying as much as you can, also don’t pass up on dessert! The Toffee pudding had me in a choke hold 10/10!

   I will absolutely be back. It isn't often that a hotel restaurant blows me out of the water, but I would argue Cafe Riggs is one of the best restaurants in the area. Our server was phenomenal. He mastered the right amount of attentiveness and personability without being oppressive. The food was fantastic, and the ambiance was incredible...I could carry on. I also believe a manager or food & beverage staffer came over to check on us while refilling water. This is my new favorite place in DC. Also, their uniform is too cute; I want one of their denim shirts, ha.

   The Thanksgiving menu had several welcome choices for the prix fixe menu. Our table had salmon and short ribs. Both were great. The couscous with the salmon was slightly undercooked but the salmon was perfect. Service was good. The appetizer salad course was good as well. Scallops were perfectly cooked and the salad very fresh and nicely presented.
