Good variety of selections. Sashimi selections and quality excellent. Not a great variety of seafood, only small crabs, no snow or king crab. Good selection of desserts. Hot Vegetables were cold. Mini-sliders were okay, not great. Rib-eye(prime rib) only okay. Turkey a bit dry. Char-siu and roasted pork belly not too good. Dim sum selections were okay but not tasty, a bit bland. Limited choices for beverages - ice tea, lemon tea, coffee. No sodas. Juice (orange/grapefruit mix) was extra but unlimited servings. Ginger bread house display was magnificent with a toy train circulating the display. Price lower than restaurants in TST which reflects the quality and offerings for the price point.
