   A pretty room with good service, however the food quality was mixed. The "Italian Style Tacos" with crab and the dessert sorbets were very good but the Chicken Cacciatora sauce was thick and glutinous.

   Cafe Ginori is everything that is Bergdorf Goodman: excellent food, impeccable service, and beautiful surroundings. Definitely take the time to visit this gem the next time you are at BG.

   We had a wonderful first experience at Cafe Ginori. The staff was absolutely exceptional in kindness and service, and the food was delicious. We can't wait to return.

   My business partner and i came in for our reservation for the intention of tea and pastries. After ordering, and our food arriving, not even 5 minutes have elapsed and our teas still hot, that the server arrived with our check and told us they have many reservations to complete. I was under the impression that I was also being served for my reservation I placed… the servers passive aggressive tactics to have us leave the tea room was apparent that he was not content with the amount of the bill and there potential gratuity.

   Very cute cafe. Has a nice ambience and aesthetically pleasing. I ordered the pasta and bread with a cucumber mocktail. The pasta was nice, hot and fresh. The sauce was delicious not over cooked but soft and buttery. The bread was okay. The cumber mocktails had a sweet, tangy and fresh.

   Beautiful lunch! We had been looking forward to trying Ginori and it was great. We are obsessed with the stunning Ginori china as well.
