   Christmas Day menu. 2 persons. Three course meal with choices on each course. White bean onion soup with ham was simply excellent. Butternut squash soup was also very good. Salmon with sorghum was a generous serving but was dry (overcooked). Prime Rib had no pink and was fully cooked through, thus not satisfactory. Pineapple upside down cake was extremely dry, but bread pudding was perfectly executed and delicious. We were disappointed largely because we paid $70 a plate and, for that price, we at least expected more even quality of the food.

   The food service and ambiance were very nice. Our server recommended the braised beef short rib and it did not disappoint- delicious. Overall, a very nice evening and a wonderful way to spend Christmas Eve.

   We were there for Christmas Eve dinner, so there was not many people. Justin, our waiter was friendly and did a great job. We all enjoyed our food, but ambience is lacking a bit.

   The wait staff was very attentive. The food was excellent, but they should allow for changing out sides without extra charge. Overall it was a fantastic evening and dining experience. We will be back.

   Lamb Lollis a must. Strawberry rhubarb cocktail perfection. Robin and Rocky are the best bartenders and make everything perfectly. Oysters. Yum. Salmon. 👌🏼

   My wife and I went for our anniversary, and she loved it. Rudy was our server, and he was great. We had the shrimp cocktail, I had the duck breast, and my wife had the filet. The duck and filet were fine but lacked flavor. We were disappointed in the shrimp cocktail, which is why I gave the food a 4. If you want to see what a shrimp cocktail should be, head to Cattleman's. The service, though, was outstanding. Our dinner took two hours, but it flew by. We never felt wanting. As a bonus, our dessert and glasses of champagne were comped. Nice touch on our anniversary. We will most definitely be back. Just won't get the shrimp cocktail. Wink wink!

   It's fantastic! The food was excellent, fresh, and delicious! The atmosphere was elegant. The price was also reasonable. I will definitely go back there and recommend it to my friends.

   We loved Cafe’ Cuvée when it was in this same spot. Was hoping The Chalkboard would be comparable. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. We ordered several small things so we could share: the the duck w/empanads. The duck looked like a chunk of poultry had just crawled up on my plate and died. It was not seared, it was not juicy, it was not appealing in any way. The empanadas were all breading, very little cheese and they tasted like they were pre -frozen from a food truck. I could not eat them. The fried green tomatoes were almost burnt on the outside, raw in the middle. We also had the mini beef wellingtons…they were soggy and gummy instead of crispy. We had cake…the cake was good. But not good enough to save this place and entice us to go back. Believe me when I say, “there is nothing chefy about this place.

    We had a decent meal. The food was pretty good; however, my dates plate was piping hot and my plate was luke warm at best. It took an extremely long time for both our appetizer and dinnner plates to be served. The craft cocktails were very good. The service was just ok - I can't really complain, but I was not impressed.
