   We booked this restaurant a couple of months ago, ready for our Valentines trip to Edinburgh. I'd seen a tik tok that looked absolutely stunning, so we were very excited to go. The menu looked delicious, I knew what I wanted to order as soon as we looked at the menu. And I can safely say, it exceeded our expectations! The food was absolutely delicious, we each had the Taquitoes with some sides, the Cauliflower Tempura being a real highlight of the evening. The staff were all very friendly and recommended items to us, the music is quite loud but it was a very lively and chic energy. Would highly recommend if you're on the look out for a delicious Mexican meal with a hearty atmosphere. 10/10 from me and my boyfriend!

   Overall, disappointing. Poor, slow service. Maybe not their best night as admitted they were short staffed. Granted Mexican not my first choice (my son`s choice). Some very strange flavours, in particular the Calamari. Really not pleasant. Other dishes mediocre. Ambience OK, if a bit noisy. A constant cold draft at the table. Would love to give higher rating, but can`t. Sorry

   This is my second visit to Cabo in a month and this time I was slightly less impressed although it was still lovely. The food was excellent and I love the vibe but the service was a little slow especially for drinks and despite the fact I notified you when I booked that one person in our party was vegan, and despite that vegan asking for the vegan options, the waitress didn’t convey that to the kitchen as she didn’t know the vegan options and in fact brought the vegan a plate with cheese in it. The manager graciously apologised and even took it off the bill so it was handled well. It didn’t spoil our night and as I say the food and vibe are great. Just a little more training required I think.

   Venue on entry was gorgeous! Beautifully decorated and staff on arrival very friendly! Drinks order taken promptly however then waited nearly half an hour for food order to be taken! The Margaritas were excellent! The best part of the night as the food was at best mediocre. Felt it was all very heavy/stodgy however may just be what we ordered. Would return for the drinks but not the food.

   The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic such a buzz about the place. The service was of a high standard and it was very reasonable in price.

   Saw the restaurant on a tiktok recommendation video. We had to try it out. The food portions were value for money and definitely shareable with the likes of the pork belly chiccharones and chicken el pastor loaded fries. The food were delicious. The music was vibey and the service are on top of their game. Would go back again next time I’m in Edinburgh

    Came to Cabo at lunchtime today and was not disappointed. The food was very tasty, decent portions for tapas style food and very flavourful. The cocktails were amazing. Highly recommend the pineapple margarita and the paloma. The service was very pleasant, the waiting staff were chatty and efficient without hovering. Very reasonably priced with four cocktails, two mains, two sides and two starters for just under £100. Will definitely be back.
