   Service was great. The food was so salty we could barely eat it. $66 for the elk and it would have been so nice but it was caked in salt.

   This is without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Breckenridge. All the food is fantastic, the vibe is great and the service is top-notch. We especially enjoyed the salmon dish.

   This place is in a great location & the interior is very nicely designed. Drinks are a bit pricey but they have some interesting & original recipes on the menu...definitely worth a try. Service was just ok but this seems to be a trend in Breckenridge as I heard from several restaurants that there is just a lack of people to hire so a lot of places are understaffed. The biggest problem with this place is the FOOD. It was very hit or miss and for the price that is just unacceptable. Two of the lesser expensive dishes we purchased; Colorado Short Rib & Curried Verlasso Salmon were very good. The more expensive dishes; Butcher's Choice (Steak) & Colorado Pork Chop were just not very good. I know this place prides itself as a farm to table restaurant but the quality of both steaks we ordered was extremely subpar. Perhaps it's time to focus a little more on the quality of the meat being cooked versus the locality of where it is purchased. I can assure you as a consumer, I would much rather have a great steak...I really don't care where you buy it from. Perhaps another supplier in Colorado can provide a better cut of meat...it wouldn't take much to surpass what we had. Finally, the most astonishing part was the Pork Chop. I didn't notice at first but they never asked us how we wanted it cooked. After receiving what was basically an inedible hockey puck of pork, we asked for a manager. The floor manager came over and said the Executive Chef refuses to cook the pork to anything less than medium well. What? The USDA standards changed over a decade ago. Medium Well is OK now...trust me I do it all the time on my own grill. She made it sound as if it there was a bit of contention between the Executive & Sous Chef on how to cook pork. Maybe it's time for the Executive Chef to go back to school...or perhaps find a new place to overcook meat. Sous Chef seems to know what they are talking about. Sides were generally pretty good but didn't blow us away. That's all...hope this helps!

   Unfortunately my daughter didn't get the meal she ordered. She didn't eat the food thar she was given and it was still charged to us without an offer to replace our comp the meal.

   Awesome food and unique options every step of the way... Great service and friendly relaxed atmosphere in beautiful hotel downtown. Can't go wrong here! And definitely order the "Shot-ski"!

   Great vibe, cozy, cool atomosphere. They were very accommodating as we needed to push our reservation back a bit so really appreciated that. Food was hit and miss. Miss mostly on the apps- Chicken deviled eggs lacked flavor. Same with the farm salad- very plain. Salmon curry, broccolini and kids rotisserie chicken were all delicious! Trout was just ok.
