   I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this establishment. The service was atrocious from start to finish. The greeter lacked enthusiasm and seemed completely unhelpful, creating a flat and unwelcoming atmosphere. The waiter was repeatedly walking past my table without checking in. I had to request a water refill every single time, which felt like pulling teeth. Attention to detail was completely absent, and the food was below average—definitely not worth the money. To top it off, the bathroom was filthy and smelled awful, further souring the experience. If you’re considering dining here, save yourself the frustration and head to The Hendry, located just two floors down. It’s a much better choice. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Would not recommend.

   We had a great dinner at Cafe Americano Brickell. We chose it because we were headed to the briteline, and we chose well! Comfy, relaxing setting- service was perfection, food was delicious. A great menu, something delicious for all nine of us. Back to our waitress- she took good care of us, a delightful person who made it all look so easy.

    My experience at this restaurant was poor. To start, when our food arrived to our table everything was mixed up and on the wrong plates. The steak and egg dish had no flavor, especially the steak, possibly the worse I have had. When it came time to pay, the server still got our food mixed up. The manager gave a “discount” which was like $5. I don’t recommend this place at all. It was our last meal on vacation and left a bad taste in our mouths!
