Probably one of the best dining experiences I've had in my travels throughout the Caribbean. Such a lovely venue and ambient scenery. Thanks Aurora Anguilla and C Level for making my sister's birthday special.

Ordinarily we don’t like hotel beach barbecues or find them to be a good value. This one is the exception. We try to go whenever we are in Anguilla.

Amazing experience for the Lobster BBQ! Food, ambience, service, music were all stellar. Nothing like eating delicious food with your toes in the soft sand. Highly recommend.

This review concerns one particular evening at C Level - the beach BBQ and not any other meals. One has the option of actually sitting on the beach or in the restaurant proper. We chose the latter, and found the band a bit loud. The hostess, in fact, placed us well away from the band, saying "you'll be able to hear each other better." As for the food - it was quite variable as one would expect from a buffet. The salad and johnny cake options were great. A main attraction was lobster and sitting in a container in the ocean breeze, they were cold and a bit dry. The crayfish were worse - like the lobster but with less meat. The paella was especially disappointing, with little flavor and mostly with chicken vs. other protein. The roast pig was the best choice among mains, but again being pre-sliced from the pig and standing on an open plate, it was cold and drying from the wind. I understand the outdoor environment is difficult but heat lamps or some means to keep food warm and moist would have made the meal much more enjoyable. The dessert selection was excellent and the offerings quite well prepared. There was a great choice, albeit in small portions/containers.

Great service - food was terrific. It was so nice dining right on the beach enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. Had watermelon and tomato salad, delicious fresh fish and wonderful atmosphere.

Service greatly improved. Menu is still unimaginative. Some dishes are substandard: Fried calamari were overbattered,overcooked and rubbery. Mahi bites were fresh but overly greasy. Watermelon salad did not have a trace of watermelon. No explanation offered. Grilled broccoli were not available. Overall disappointing. Will continue to go there for the view and be very selective with what I order.
