   We enjoyed every minute of our time at C&S. Our waiter, Jayvion, provided top tier service and everything he suggested we tried and it was delicious. We had the chargrilled oysters, oysters Rockefeller, raw oysters, red snapper, and the filet - all worth every penny. If you decide to check this place out, ask for Jayvion, he’ll get you right!

   My first time at c&s and absolutely enjoyed dinner. Also my first time trying raw oysters and the waiter was very helpful with suggestions on how to best eat them. The appetizer and entrees were amazing and drinks too! Would be back for sure.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at their Brookhaven location and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our server, Theodore, was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. Both managers stopped by our table to introduce themselves, recommend their favorite entrées, and share details about the special of the day, which added a personal and welcoming touch. The ambience was sophisticated and intimate, making it an ideal spot for a date night. We started with the RC chargrilled oysters, which were smoky and perfectly seasoned, and followed with the Red Snapper paired with fried rice—a dish that was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. It was an extraordinary evening, and I can’t recommend this place enough! We’ll definitely be back.

   I took my wife here for her birthday and we really enjoyed it. It was fantastic. The server Cecilia was awesome. She was very attentive. We are definitely returning. Thank you for such a great night.

   Last night was so nice! Date night in the atrium (I think that’s what they called it). We sat with Cooper and he was super attentive and knowledgeable. Super worth it and will definitely be back!
