   The small food menu and wine list works so well in this neighborhood restaurant. The food was innovative, fresh and completely delicious. There’s a warm, local vibe. Friendly staff. We were only sad that we had no room for dessert.

   Had an incredible night at Byng Street Nights! The soy-poached chicken was next-level—tender, packed with flavour, and perfectly balanced. For dessert, the crepes were an absolute dream—light, delicate, and just the right amount of indulgence to finish the meal. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

   Always a pleasure dining at Byng Street, especially through the week to give yourself a night off from the kitchen. Food & staff are always amazing 🩷🫶

   Food and service was good, but empty bottles weren't cleared from table. Sharing dishes was recommended, but it was a little cumbersome with a group of six. Overall it was a pleasant evening.

   The menu at this establishment is World class and changes regularly providing an exciting culinary experience every time I visit. The staff are welcoming, attentive and friendly. Add in cool vibes and you will see why this is my "go to" place in Orange.

   Terrific night dining at Byng Street Cafe. Service was great and the food was outstanding. I realise they change menus frequently, but if you get a chance, have the souffle and the fig, goats cheese and heirloom tomato salad. You won't be disappointed. Wine list is not extensive which is nice and it includes some great local wines.

   We enjoyed our meal, beautiful food and generous serves. The service was prompt and efficient. The only downside was that it was a little too noisy, making conversation tricky at times, perhaps it was just where we were sitting. Overall though, we enjoyed our meal and can't wait to go back.

   Ribs were great, salmon and prawn cocktail were OK. Drink service was slow, food service fast. Very, very loud in main area where ceiling is low. Would go again but would order differently and sit elsewhere.

    We have previously had great dining experiences with Byng nights, Saturday night was up to same high standard. Special mention to all the staff on this- one of our guests was dairy free and didn’t want to make a fuss so as we ordered I just asked if one of the side dishes could have the pesto on the side and we proceeded to order the rest of the dishes knowing she would eat around the dairy inclusions. We were pleasantly surprised to find when the dishes were presented all had been made with options to add cheese or without dairy so she could be included with no fuss as she had hoped. It is this and how attentive all the staff are along with great flavourful food and a cosy moody ambience that will have us coming back for more. Well done 😊
