   Service was good and it's a nice setting - sort of old school supper club feel. My wife and I both had steaks - ribeye for me and Louie's 5 Star Filet for her. Truthfully, the steaks didn't have a ton of flavor. Disappointing for the price.

   Never again!! I made a reservation for 645PM. Arrived 630PM. Was told a few minutes and to sit in very,very loud bar. Checked with hostess 3 times. Finally sat at table at 745. 1 hour wait. With a reservation. Dinner OK. Noise level was almost unbearable. Could not carry on a conversation with wife. After dinner was planning on getting drinks at bar, but noise from piano was not tolerable. The music was very,very loud. Not good at all. I and my friends will not be back if there is any chance of life music. Just ridiculous. Impossible to carry a conversation.

   We had memories of Butler Inn being a good supper club, not anymore! The best part was the drinks and the baked potato. The ribs we old, and dried out. The service by the waitress was almost non existent. The waitstaff was good. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

   Overall, the food was really good. I did however feel that the menu was a bit boring. No vegetables with the entree unless you choose the salad over soup and your choice of potato. The baked potato was a bit dry, up charge for hash browns even though it’s an option. Nothing special about the building inside or out. May or may not return.

   Horrible first and last experience at The Butler Inn. A large party of 16 people weee sat in the middle of a small room and the noise was unbearable. My wife’s Apple Watch kept warning of a loud environment and our table was unable to even talk to one another during our visit. Every other table in the room was visibly frustrated and the service was intentional to not even ask how our food and meal was during the visit. Fish was overbeeaded and overcooked. Ambiance was horrible due to the noise. If you’re going to have a party that large that yell at each other the whole dinner, try to seat them away from other diners or at least not in the middle of a room. Horrible experience and no interest or concern of others seating in the area.

    Butler Inn has always delivered good results. People there are always welcoming and service is always great. Their 9 oz filet is their mainstay quality choice ( accompanied with house made chicken rice soup and hash browns) . Ownership did change a year or so ago and most things have remained the same with one exception for me >>> they need to improve the quality of their NY Strip steak - ordered it last two visits and thumbs down both times .
