Butcher & Rose was EXCELLENT! We are in from out of town and were there for a birthday dinner for a coworker. Everything was awesome. Maria's service and Jeff's wine suggestion were perfect and my French onion soup was the best I have had. DEFINITELY will make this place a staple on trips to Columbus. Our group had the following dishes and recommend every one of them: Chilean Sea Bass Filet Wagyu burger French onion soup shrimp cocktail Bibb salad Mac and cheese Potatoes Anna Creme brulee

Great spot to enjoy outstanding food and excellent service. Noise level was low enough to allow for easy conversation. Appropriate for a low-key night out or a special occasion. Definitely worth the visit!

Me and my wife both ordered a medium well steak mine came out medium hers was medium well we also ordered drinks which took extremely long to receive we got our food before we got our drinks and we did not get water refills frequently I feel like no one was attentive to us

Excellent food, fantastic service and a wonderful ambiance. It’s a bit pricey but you get the quality you pay for. Definitely looking forward to a return visit.

Toast checkout is tacky. Great experience. Next to what The Barn was 5 years ago, this is the best Cameron Mitchell restaurant without contest.

Absolutely amazing! The ambiance is beautiful. Great wine selection and one of the best cocktails in the city, The Rose. Appetizers, salads, and steak were all delicious. Perfectly cooked for each guest. Impressive. The butter cake was warm and tasty as well as the cheesecake. Highly recommend Butcher and Rose. We will be back.

Wonderful evening. 5 of us for dinner. Service was great. Food was great. Had a seafood tower, the Seabass and a steak. All were wonderful and the sides were incredible- mushrooms, Mac and Cheese and the Parker house rolls. Food pricing was aligned for the style of the restaurant. Cocktails and wine menu ran on the high side, especially for better wines. Worth going back, but would adjust the order to keep the bill down.
