    Ate off the Dine Downtown menu so 3 courses for $45 was a great deal! Their usual menu is rather expensive. Our server was wonderful

    Excellent service! We went for Sacramento Dine Downtown to discover new restaurants. My friends and I started with cocktails, which were very tasty. Each of the three course dinner choices were plated beautifully! However, the best part was the taste! We all choose the lamb as our entree and agreed we will definitely come back to treat ourselves!

    Three of us had dinner at Butcher and Barrel yesterday. From the time we arrived, we were treated like valued guests. There is a bar in the front and one in the back with strategically placed tvs showing more than one sports channel. We enjoyed the dine downtown menu. We began with the Smoked Oyster Green Salad. We all chose the Pistachio Crusted Lamb for our entree. For desert we tried both of the desserts; Fried Apple Pie and S'More's Lava Cake. To top it off we tried the Casamigos Blanco Margarita and the Blackberry Margarita. We licked our fingers and smacked our lips over every item listed. The food was perfection. The service was great. Yaya expertly took our orders and answered our many questions regarding what would be closest to our liking. The owner visited every table to ensure that the guests were satisfied without being intrusive. This was our first time dining at Butcher and Barrel. It won't be our last.

    High energy, wonderful service. The owner greeted everyone which showed he cared. The food was good, and desserts were some of the best I have had. My only issue is that parking in downtown in so challenging. I wish that the restaurants might make some recommendations on their website. It’s still a bit dicey at night.

    Went for dine downtown menu. We each chose from the menu so we got to try the entire offering. My partners app, meal and dessert were better than mine for sure. The server was great. Friendly, funny and silently filling waters. The ambiance is basic and almost cold with all the concrete and plain walls. Glad I got to check it out with the fine downtown deal, but probably won’t be back.
