   there was a mixup about my booking but the staff manager was brilliant and found us a quiet and really nice place to sit. really good customer service. will definitely go there again

   When we arrived there we were told that they no longer served cooked food, and only sandwiches were available. This was despite me confirming the booking the day before, and also phoning about an hour before to say we'd be a few minutes late. No-one thought to tell me this important piece of information about a lunch booking. Instead we found an excellent dog-friendly restaurant in Dean Street, so thanks for allowing us to discover that.

   We didn't have food so I can't comment but the bar was lovely for a relaxed drink, very calm environment and the staff were very friendly and attentive, we felt well looked after.

   The service I received here was awful. The staff was friendly upon my arrival but it took a turn for the worse the longer I stayed. It was difficult to get their attention and when you did they made you feel like an inconvenience. My friend came a bit after I did and she told the hostess that she was meeting me in which the hostess rolled her eyes and responded 'have a look'. The food and drink were good, but didn't make up for the terrible service.

   Had a vegetarian club with haloumi. Dry bread, tasteless haloumi, and few other things to make it remotely interesting - however, not succeeding. It was pretty bad, and they charged, I believe, some 13£ for it. Service was slow, but otherwise friendly. Great location, and a nice space if you can get to sit in the backroom. The front seems noisy.

   We ordered two club sandwiches, cold toast, pretty tasteless almost impossible to eat as a sandwich or with a knife and fork. nice venue, terrible food.
