   LOVE Burntwood Tavern! Excellent food, excellent service, great ambiance. Been here with a large group, but tonight it was just 3 of us and it was, again, EXCELLENT! We’ll be back very soon. Maybe tomorrow! FANTASTIC!

   Extremely disappointed!!!! After getting multiple emails about the St. Patrick’s day corned beef and cabbage special I changed my dining plans to go to Burntwood on Sunday evening. Our reservation was at 6:30. I ordered right away only to be told that they were out of the corned beef & cabbage special! The restaurant was almost empty and I couldn’t believe it! To add insult to injury, when the server brought us our check, she said the people at the table next to us got the last order of it!!! Common sense?? Apparently not!! She said to come back tomorrow & maybe I would get it if I came early enough! Just rude!!

   We love Burntwood and when we are in town it is our kitchen! All the employees are amazing, the bartenders are the best in the business! Z, Lola and Deb are truly the best. We do miss Danny, but we know he is one to better things! Service is the best in Dr. Phillips and might be better than Seasons 52 because it is so personal here. Hennessy and Adam are new additions to the crew, and they are both amazing. Hennessy has been so personal and friendly that she felt like family right away. We did challenge Adam today and he did not disappoint, he handled the older ladies with skill and charm! A bonus for me today was being served personally by Fitzroy the chef, I always look forward to his delicious food and his kind and friendly personality! Burntwood is fortunate to have such an amazing team that brings back the locals again and again! BTW, you can tell good management by the service and how long the staff stays, Nicole has put together a great team that brings us back again and again!

   My husband and I enjoyed our Valentine’s Day dinner. Food was great, the drink I had which was the pear infused vodka was great! The old fashion my husband had was ok. My only critique would be it would have been nice for them to be playing some Valentine’s Day music instead of random songs to make it a bit more special. Overall it was a good experience.

   We totally loved our dinner at Burntwood Tavern, the appetizers were so delicious and our main meal was just so delicious! Our waitress Deb, was fabulous and so helpful sharing about the menu. I would totally recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back again!

   My wife and I both ordered chicken dishes. My chicken piccata was bland and generic and completely unrecognizable as a chicken piccata. My wife's chicken parmesan was just slightly better, but also missing the extra mozzarella that she requested. We both ended up with stomach bugs overnight and the next morning after eating here. We will definitely not be returning.
