   The food was amazing, but the service was impeccable! I made a reservation for a larger party and we had a person in a wheelchair and a baby. They put us at the perfect table and showed me around to where they could park and enter with the wheelchair. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Tess showed me around the day before and our waiter, Aaron (if I remember correctly) were both amazing. Thank you!

   I’ve been to Burntwood many times before, so you know what to expect. We sat a long time before our server came to get us drinks. We sat even longer waiting for her to come back. We talk A LOT, so time can quickly pass and we all looked around wondering where she had disappeared to. We got the tots to start- a little salty, but they’re SO good. I got the club, no thank you. Hard bun. Felt impossible to eat. Got a wedge salad on the side- no dressing. We know how long it took for her to come back so it was quite some time before I was able to eat that. Overall, it’s not that we won’t go back- just hopefully with a different server, and I’ll get apps as my entree.

   A historical building and well maintained to keep the charm. Even more wonderful in the summer to sit outside. Our server Jake was attentive and helpful. Ask for him.

   I first ordered lobster bisque and my friend order the spicy shrimp maybe bang bang? But thr soup was very good and the shrimp was as well. Came out rather quickly. But the main dish, took a long time. Over an hour after the the apps. Understandable because it was Valentines Day, but still watched people that entered after get their food before. I ordered the Steak frites. The fries were truffle and very good although not a great portion, the steak though? Over cooked and unseasoned. Not even salt. I do not use steak sauce but requested some because of the lack of flavor on the bland and overcooked steak (I irder medium it was closer to well. Very dry). They don't have steak sauce. I ended up dipping it in the ketchup for the fries. It was way too late (8:30 reservation) to ask for them to cook it. Plus they cut it up and I suspected it wasn't allowed to rest 1st. This was my 1st visit.

   Server was great and attentive....we ordered a bunch of appetizers to share and they were all delicious! The cocktails were great as well. Thanks for a great night!

   Since the kitchen was so backed up we opted to have soup and salad. French onion soup was advertised but after waiting 45 min we were told it sold out.

   Long wait after being seated. Didn’t get food until 1 hour after being seated due to the holiday and staffing. They do not serve bread at this restaurant. The food was good but wasn’t hot enough. Probably sat before bringing out.

   We made the reservation for my birthday and they didn’t acknowledge it. The wait time for food was slow and the waitress seemed pulled in many directions unfortunately leaving us to wait for drinks, ordering desserts and then the check. The waitress was lovely personally thgh, didn’t seem to be her fault. The odor of fish was very strong as well. Maybe it gets trapped in the inset dining table but it was STRONG, didn’t seem to dissipate either. Weird. The environment was beautiful and we had a great time overall.

   Honestly, my family and I have been going to this Burntwood for over a decade. The experience has just gotten worse little by little. The bar area always smells like a musty mop or garbage. The walls with the high tops have visible dust bunnies and one floated down onto my hand and I looked up and saw it all. I was just pretty grossed out in general. My mule was served in a tall glass instead of the normal copper mug and food was just decent.

    Everything was fine but service was very slow. Drinks took forever. If you are having a large party upstairs they should pay for their own bartender. All are food came out good.
