   I must admit I’ve always liked Burlingame. We generally dine here twice a year as we migrate summer to winter and back each year. Every meal we’ve had has been superb as was this visit. We started with four well prepared cocktails, then apps of brussel sprouts and truffles parm fries. My wife had a perfectly prepared salmon I had shrimp and grits (always excellent) and our friends had snapper the catch of the day and shrimp and grits Every meal was delicious. We capped the evening w an excellent crème brûlée and expresso martinis. our Service was excellent as she made wonderful suggestions and we never waited for anything

   The menu had been updated from what we read on line. Some of our party had been looking forward to items no longer on offer, and were a bit sad at first. However we all found something excellent to order. The veal piccata was delicious! I would definitely order it again. I am generally not a fan of crème brûlée but theirs is fabulous and I’d order it again, too!

   We visited Ferdinand Beach and found Burlingame, which was a great experience! The restaurant is an old home which makes it a quaint dining atmosphere. The menu seemed curated to what they do well and the food was fantastic! Anthony was our server and he was attentive to our group. I definitely recommend this for a nice evening out.

   Great food and drinks, the service was wonderful. Our servers name was Jill, highly recommend her. The prices are a bit high, but worth it.

   This was our second time dining here and it didn’t live up to our memories, which were exceptional. The soft shell crab was a little tough and the veal piccata was over cooked and tasted off. We had such high hopes and were left quite disappointed.

   Our first time in the area and wanting to go to a restaurant that had history. The Burlingame restaurant certainly met the historical ambience. The service was great, however, our food choices were not as satisfying. The truffle fries weee great, the crispy skinned salmon was very good, but the sides that accompanied the dish were under seasoned and under cooked. We also ordered the veal picante dish. As the presentation was beautiful and the salad and vinaigrette was amazing, the veal itself lacked something. Great experience, it just fell short on the overall dinner experience. Great staff!

   Absolutely delicious! Our best dinner on Amelia island. Living in NYC we are quite spoiled with the best restaurants but this was one of our top meals this year. Everything from start to finish was superb along with amazing service from Tanner with great wine recommendations. From the homemade bread, Bibb salad, fresh catch and the homemade beignets and coffee ice cream was divine! The French fries were probably the best we’ve ever had. Cannot recommend enough! And such a great value overall
