   Stopped in to eat here before a show in the adjoining music hall with a friend. The menu is focused but had several appealing options. We went with the ricotta gnocchi. It was cooked perfectly, and the sauce was absolutely delicious. I will say they went VERY heavy on the onions, and it does seem the chef favours them across the menu. As someone who medically struggles with them, it was a bit of a downer, but they were big enough to pick around and it didn't detract from the flavours of the dish and the experience overall. The service was pleasant and fast - One hour was plenty to turnaround to get into the show. The staff were all so friendly What a gem!

   Really nice dinner experience on NYE! 🍾 Fixed menu but the vegetarian option was appreciated. And very well priced for new years.

   I love Burdock, the beers are so great and the space itself wonderful. The service was really lackluster, a trend I'm seeing throughout the city these days unfortunately (but maybe understandably) - no enthusiasm, not consistent, not checking in if the food is good or if we have everything, a general "oh yeah you're still here" vibe. Not something I've experienced at Burdock before and was really excited to show my friend from out of town. Overall a fine, just fine, experience.

   Beer is pretty solid, definitely a slight cut above most of the standard fare as similar breweries. That being said I always feel that $10 for like a 12 or 16oz (ie. not even a "pint") at these brewpubs. I don't care if it's sour or an IPA if you're charging $10 for a beer in a bar it should be a proper pint. Service was good. One minor thing that I loved is they played really good music! Quality like 80's/90's indie stuff that suited the crowd well on the night I was there. It just made the vibe nice. Food was alright, nothing magical. Paying $25 for a mid burger and fries is kind of par for the course in Toronto.

   Server was fantastic. Knew his beers and wine and off menu secret stash. Very impressed with his knowledge. We had the burger and it was off the charts. Onion rings was the icing on the cake.

   Fantastic beer, food is creative w/o pretension and was utterly delicious - excellent ingredients beautifully put together. The staff is outstanding- knowledgeable, warm, genuine. Burdock Brewery is an absolute gem in the landscape of Toronto restaurants and micro-breweries.

   Great spot with some excellent food. Simple menu but the food was excellent. The beers are very good and managed to try a few....LOL

    Wonderful experience eating at Burdock before a show. Very impressed by their experimental brews, delicious and fun to try some new types of beer. Food was delicious (we enjoyed the tomato salad, mushroom caesar, cheeseburger, homemade cavatelli, and the side fries). Everything was flavourful and the service was good. Will be back.
