   My boyfriend and I were really excited to try Bulla Gastrobar after hearing such great things—especially about the lamb chops and the burger. Our server, Marisa, was excellent! She gave us all her favorite recommendations and even helped me decide on a cheese. I went with the goat cheese, and wow—it was absolutely delicious! We started with the Lemongrass Collins and the Bougie Palmer, and both drinks were super refreshing and tasted amazing. When the entrées came out, though, they didn’t quite meet our expectations. They weren’t bad, just… a bit underwhelming. Mine was oddly sweet but lacked depth of flavor. But hey, everyone has different tastes. What really stood out was the service. Marisa noticed we weren’t loving the food—we didn’t even say anything—and the manager came over (we didn’t call for him). He ended up comping our drinks, even though we told him it wasn’t necessary. That gesture really showed how much they care about the guest experience. Overall, while the entrées didn’t blow us away, the service was phenomenal. Marisa truly went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our dinner, and that alone makes us want to come back and try other things on the menu.

   Super servicio, la comida estuvo rica y los cocktails bien ejecutados. Super idea, un valet parking, sobretodo en época de lluvia para no llegar muy mojados a cenar

    Bulla Gsstrobar is one of our favorite restaurants in the Orlando area, and the ceviche, stuffed dates, patatas bravas, and seafood paella were as excellent as we have come to expect. BUT, when the server asked if I had a preference for the liquor in the manhattan I ordered, and I said no, I was surprised and annoyed to see that I was served a premium bourbon at twice the cost of the well selection. I regret that I will not be able to assume the restaurant’s good faith in the future.
