In 2018, Florida-based Centurion Restaurant Group announced that its popular tapas restaurant, Bulla Gastrobar, has opened its first Texas location. The rapidly expanding concept is located at 6007 Legacy Dr., Suite 180 in Plano’s thriving Legacy West district.

Authentic Spanish tapas featuring culturally rich ingredients and imaginative cocktails are served in a lively, social setting, complete with a beautifully appointed gather-around bar, main dining area, private dining room, and outdoor terrace.

All dishes are delicious, we love seafood paella even though it could be a bit dryer but I think it’s okay for tonight. Service is good, she has service mind and explains us well. I also love the open kitchen Spanish style, ambiance and music are perfect for night out.

Here for a birthday. Appreciated them reviewing the notes about seat away from lavatory. Very accommodating from moving a reservation a couple hours before the time effortlessly through the app and even answering a question about moving tables. I wish the waitress would have went over desserts or presented something special given the occasion but she was busy with large tables so I don’t think she really had the time. I did see management frequent the area, so missed opportunity there I believe. The food was fresh and enjoyed the seafood paella. Our waitress was nice and always had a smile

Very mediocre food. Not a lot of flavor. Paella is supposed to have a crispy bottom and didn't, was over salted.

we love Bulla and have been to the restaurant at leas a dozen times in the past few years. Last nights dinner was very below average. The good: happy hour drinks were great Chorizo dates and olives were great The bad: Charged $40 for chefs board when we requested the smaller chefs board -$26 The chefs board was also missing the walnuts Ham croquettes tasted burnt and I am sure the grease in the fryer has not been changed recently leaving a very bad taste. Canneloni was very bland and had no flavor - something changed in the recipe We order the same items almost every time and we were not happy with our meal. I did not speak to management because I didn't want this to be passed off as someone trying to get a cheaper meal. I hope things get better, but I am not sure we will return.
