Restaurant owner Carlos Centurion’s newest Bulla (boo-ya) Gastrobar location in SouthPark at 4310 Sharon Rd., Suite W01. Bulla Gastrobar joins the Charlotte community with a contemporary spin on traditional Spanish tapas, an imaginative cocktail program, and an energetic atmosphere with extensive indoor and outdoor seating.

    We absolutely loved the outdoor table with the spring weather. The service was super and attentive. We had small plates with added extras and we had the meatballs. Both were delicious and with our Spanish cocktails, made the day perfect. We'll be back soon.

    Our waitress Camila was very knowledgeable about the food and was very attentive as well as other staff. I saw the manager working the room and even clearing dishes. The food and drinks were delicious and the music was upbeat. Will definitely come back here again, a great experience.
