   Took 15 mins after we were seated before our waitress came to us, we had to flag her down. She looked at us several times and kept walking, once we got her attention she said oh I’m so sorry, I didn’t see you . Food was ok, not bad but not great either.

   BWW’s in Decatur will not accept the open table reservations. The last three I have done they have declined to honor it. Said it was corporate only and not the Decatur store

   One member of the team was not going to allow the reservation, said they do not take reservations through the app. I argued with her and she got a manager, manager took care of us. Other than that, our waiter Alex was awesome, food was fresh and came out on time, kept us full with Drinks and whatever else we needed

   No matter when we go, either some of the food is cold or it comes out after the other members food has came out( like 5 mins or longer). Waiters and waitress are always awesome.
