   Restaurant was super cool, I loved all the decorations. We had a group of 15 people and were easily accommodated. Our server was great and very patient with us. The food was yummy, I do wish the pasta sauces had just a bit more flavor. Unfortunately they were out of pizza dough when we went so we couldn’t get any pizzas so that left some of the kids in a bind over what to get. I do wish there was at least a few options of smaller portions like a side salad for picky people. However, I was totally satisfied with the food. I really enjoyed the family style dinner where everyone shared and had a little bit of everything. All in all a great place to dine

   We arrived at 5:00 for 5:15 dinner reservations. We were seated at 5:30. Given how full the foyer was and the fact that the hostess was telling people they were not accepting any walk-ins, a 15-minute wait for a party of 6 wasn’t bad at all. Our server came to the table in a reasonable amount of time to get our drink orders. Getting our food orders in took a little while longer but part of that was our fault because we weren’t ready when she first asked. However, once we were ready, she was nowhere to be found. We also needed to order more drinks but couldn’t find our server. She finally came back and we placed our orders. About 20 minutes after we ordered, our server came by and said our food would be out “shortly”. We finally got part of our food 35 minutes after we ordered. We had ordered 2 small pizzas, an order of cannelloni and an order of broccoli. We got 1 pizza, the cannelloni and broccoli. When we mentioned the other pizza to the food runner, she said “it’s in the kitchen. I just have to go get it.” Fifteen minutes later the pizza finally came out and it was steaming hot so clearly they had just made it but the top, in the middle, was super watery. It was a margherita pizza, which can sometimes have a little more moisture, but this was like someone had poured water on the top of it. Unfortunately, we had tickets to a hockey game and now only had 20 minutes to eat and get to the game so we couldn’t return it. At no point did the server ever ask how our food was or apologize for the fact that the kitchen clearly missed the second pizza. We were never asked about drink refills. One person in our party ordered 2 beers because he was concerned that she wouldn’t come back in time to order a second one. When we left, well over half of the restaurant was empty, from a table standpoint, yet when we walked through the foyer, it was as full as it was when we had been seated and they were still turning away walk-ins. I won’t be returning to Becca.

   Restaurant was so loud it was hard to hear. However, buca never fails to be an experience. They were very busy with all the local events, but they did their best to serve, tho they struggled to answer some basic questions.

   Love Bucca and went to celebrate birthdays. The service was poorly timed. With little or no service. I had to find some one to order cake and later boxes for left overs. We never did get a bag to but the left overs in. The only thing that was brought efficiently was the bill for me to sign. By the way 4 year olds know how long it takes to make a cake. There was a large party in the next room but we still paying guests

   Wait was way too long for having so many open tables! Please get more staff. Took too long to get drinks. Service is everything.

   The food, service and ambiance were excellent! The hostess, however, needs some help. We had reservations before an event - always busy at this location. However, we waited 30 minutes, even with the reservation, and were still not seated. We had requested bar seating (booth) when the reservation was made. There were 3 empty booths in the bar when we checked in. Hostess said they were letting the server get caught up. I understand that, but for half an hour? Seats opened up at the bar itself so we sat there, got great service, and met some nice people to boot. When we left those booths were still empty.

   VERY underwhelming experience. Went here for Valentines day and the food was unbelievably mid for the price. VERY under seasoned and lacking in any sort of flavor. Thankfully, I have 10 days worth of leftovers.. (That I probably could’ve just made myself for 1/4 of the price and 10 times the flavor ☹️) I have to ask 🤨… is there even a single ounce of garlic or onion used in the kitchen at all? And, if so, why are we not utilizing them in day -to-day recipes? I know times are hard in 2025…. but this is concerning for a restaurant that prides itself in classic Italian-American food. (Yes, I know garlic is used sparingly in true Italy based recipes…. But we talking Italian-American here🙄) Thankfully, the sauce was decent, but they supplied only a few spoonfuls for my dish… It’s interesting how the one redeeming quality comes in such low quantity… I immediately had to request more sauce for my spaghetti and meatballs…. No sauce…. for the classic dish that they have tons of celebrities eating posted all over the walls. What are we doing here🤨 🤌? Why do I have 1/4th a cup of sauce for 2 pounds of family style plated spaghetti??? Is it because I’m not Shaquille O’Neal🏀? Why are we shorting customers here on the sauce? I shouldn’t have to request more sauce in an Italian restaurant. That’s unacceptable. 🤗 Gigantic meatballs, but by far the worst meatball I have ever eaten. Go to your local Trader Joes and you’ll find more flavor in the frozen meatballs. I guess size doesn’t matter…because they were big, thanks… I guess?? But, incredibly unflavored. Just the equivalent to cooked ground meat with nothing else… No flavors of fennel, onion, garlic, parmesan, etc… As an Italian who has had countless family style meals with amazing seasoned food, this was a disgrace to Italian-American cuisine.. Honestly, I was joking to my girlfriend that I could probably out-cook chef that concocted this, and I was born in 1998…. But honestly.. I think I legitimately could…
