   In reading about this restaurant leading up to making a reservation we did not understand that they do family portions only, you can't really get just an entree for yourself. You can I guess, but it'll be a triple portion of whatever you order. So we decided on the Chicken Limone and it was very good, like everything there a small is a portion of three pieces so my wife and I split the last piece. It was lightly breaded and very well prepared. The lemon sauce was tart and delicious. We also ordered a single meatball and it was just ok, not a ton of flavor, we probably wouldn't get it again. We ordered what we thought was the cheesecake for dessert but the waitress brought us the Italian Cream Cake which we pretty good but they charged $18.99 for it and it was mostly whipped cream. All in all a good meal but make sure you are hungry they don't do small portions. We wouldn't be in a hurry to eat there again but it doesn't fall into the "never go back" category.

   We ordered the 4 for $45 dinner for our family of 4 and the portions were so small! We couldn’t believe that 1/2 a small chicken breast and 3 raviolis was what each person got. Yes it was a good price point but now we know why. Our waitress Brooke was fantastic however and was working her tail off last night. We are not from Columbus and always thought stopping here was a treat but had a not so great dinner last night for the first time.

   Terrible experience. Will not return. Took over an hour to place order not to mention drinks. Late for game. Who cares if dinner is comped

   Food was excellent. A little understaffed. The atmosphere was unique & interesting. The staff was very friendly & helpful.Even though I was early for my reservation, they took us right in. Again the food was delicious & you better go with a big appetite or plan on bringing a lot of food home.

   Buca di Beppo's food was delicious. We had dinner reservations and we were seated quickly upon arrival. Overall our service was good. Our issue was they were out of a couple of things. I ordered a Coorslight initially and tried to order a second one. After a few minutes the waitress said they were out. I then tried to order a Miller Light and after a few minutes was once again told they were out. I then switched to Pepsi, since it seemed they didn't have any beers left. There was no compensation offered or discount offered for our troubles. They were even out of bags to put our leftover containers in. The waitress did say this is normal for the restaurant.

   The server came right away and got our drink order then she waited on everyone but us. We were there for over 30 minutes waiting for her to take our order. The chicken parm was good and so was the chicken Marcella. The lasagna, manicotti and fettuccine wre all dry. They look like they were sitting under a heat lamp too long. We had to ask for more sauce just so we could eat it. The fettuccine had no taste. We tried to doctor it up with extra cheese and salt. The garlic bread which is usually really good had too much garlic that we could not eat it. And I love garlic.

   When we got there to check in for a reservation, it was complete chaos at the hostess table. The hostess was telling people that they have people to be seated however, they don’t have any servers so they were highly understaffed by the time we got our drinks, served to us we had been in the restaurant for an hour, we sat in the back of the restaurant. It was very cold and there were zero gluten-free options other than salad and salmon it’s almost 2025. You would think that they would offer at least one gluten-free pasta option.

    Chicken Limon this time, and it was delicious, as was the white sangria! And those green beans were super tasty and cooked to perfection - would be great as an appetizer, in fact!
