Bruno Restaurant is a modern American restaurant serving food based on Italian tradition. We use fresh, seasonal, domestic ingredients to make all of our food. We source organic wheat berries from upstate New York and grind it into fresh flour daily with our in-house flour mill to make our pizza dough and fresh pasta.
Our wine list features organic and biodynamic wines from Italy and the United States. Our extensive beer list features craft and rare beers also from the United States and Italy.
The Bruno space is designed to showcase all of our food prepared in a modern open kitchen environment, creating a greater connection between the diners and the cooks. Owner Demian Repucci was awarded the 2016 James Beard Foundation award for "Outstanding Restaurant Design' for the design of Bruno.
Bruno is also a no-tipping restaurant. We strive to provide great food and great service for everyone.

Another fantastic meal - the fall sausage pizza was phenomenal. Market salad a 10, and we loved the Cacio Y Pepe. Thank you!

Better the first time I went last year. Salads were amazing. Pizza burnt on the bottom. Late on reservation so sat at the bar. Would have been fine... but service was bad and behind the bar was a mess. Would try again... Seems like an off night for them.

Good pizza, way under-staffed. With a reservation was seated 30 minutes late, pizza got there after an hour and ahead of appetizers, which never came. Saw a server twice.

I've been to Bruno multiple times, and each time, it's a treat! Parts of the menu change seasonally so I never get tired of what's there. Additionally, the classics (e.g., pepperoni) are always available and tasty. I didn't know this before; however, they have happy hour, and it's a great deal! I happened to order a beer on happy hour, and it was $5 instead of $9!
