   The food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the dining experience is excellent. I highly recomend this restaurant.

   The eggplant Parmesan was so cold when they brought it out. The pasta that came with it was all stuck together. I asked the server to heat it up. He brought another one, and the center of the eggplant felt as cold as ice and extremely chewy! The pasta was the same, very soft and stuck together. My son got the shrimp linguini … it was very bland. The least the server could’ve done was to ask the manager to come and see if he/she could make things better. I only had one bite of my food, yet got charged for it all. I guess o should’ve complained but being before Christmas, I didn’t want to get myself all worked up!

   We’ve been coming to Brunelleschi’s since they opened and our son was a baby! The owners had the great and wonderful idea to open a family friendly Italian restaurant in Aspen! Little tough finding spots suitable for young kiddos and they made the dream real! Ha! The best food and ambience you’ll find in town. Kids can make their own pizzas! Such a great place for everyone!

   I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for the waiter, ordered water and a bottle of wine, and then waited another 15 minutes. It turned out they didn’t have the wine. The food was average, and the pizza was mediocre.

   Pizza was pretty awful, pasta was mediocre at best but it is one of the only reasonably priced meals to take the family in Aspen!
