    We had a reservation for 8 and when we arrived at the restaurant we were promptly seated. The issue is that apparently the building did not have any heat. It was as if we were eating outside. While the food and service was nice, we could literally see our breath as we sat waiting with our coats on.

    We had an excellent experience at BRU Burger Bar. From an outstanding cocktail, a perfectly executed burger and an awesome server, Eddie, our visit to this restaurant was very enjoyable. We highly recommend this establishment!

    We had a short window before a show. They took out order quickly and the food came out in a very timely manner. It was excellent. This is our favorite place to eat before a show. We love the food and appreciate the great service.

    Our waitress was awesome. Very friendly, attentive and efficient. Only complaint was the temperature. It was cold and we had to keep our coats on during dinner. We were seated at a high top, right next to the garage door to the outside patio.

    Nachos and fries were above average. The burgers were very salty and the bun/special sauce made the sandwich too sweet. The whole restaurant was freezing. We had to keep our coats on the whole time.

    My food was greasy and far too salty. The place was noisy. Overall a subpar experience EXCEPT that our server was excellent, prompt and attentive.

    The food was great as always. Our server Jaide was the best we've ever had--attentive without being intrusive. Only complaint is that the wine dispenser gives you chilled red wine.
