BRU IS AN ODE TO OUR LOVE, THE BURGER. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

    Burgers are really excellent. cooked as requested, toppings blend into great flavor combo. Onion rings also very good.

    The food was good and waitstaff were attentive, but my plate was taken before I had finished eating. Nice ambience otherwise. I got the Provençal burger with onion rings, and my companion got the Bourbon burger with fries. Both were tasty.
