   I wasn’t blown away by the menu. I think somethings were over priced or if they were worth it but the description wasn’t super helpful. Both cocktails we tried were good which was the clover and the banana brûlée. Burgers were good but i didnt realize it came with these loaded potato things with sauce on them…. Also the burger had a house sauce but wasn’t sure what that was either. The tomato, bread things was hard to eat but the paste tasted good. Just the bread was too hard. I think the place is too new and may need to rework somethings. They were too busy to answer phones or give us more info on the menu. I love the building and the inside decor was good but overall Im not sure I’d give them a round 2. Menu needs a lot more work.

   It was not a bad experience, but we will not be back. The patatas bravas lack a bit more of aioli sauce, were not a bit spicy and tasted as if they just poured tomato paste on the bottom of the plate. The chicken croquetas were nice and crispy on the outside but didn’t have any flavor. For the main dish we ordered the Flank steak for two. The meat was nicely cooked but too salty/peppery for my taste. It came with two dips (among other things) of about 1 ounce each, I asked for xtra chimichuri and we got charged extra. It was my husband’s birthday and they brought him their Churro dessert at no cost and they were very good. That was very nice. But I didn’t even get offered any other options for other desserts if I didn’t ask. I ended up not ordering dessert as they didn’t sound too appetizing. The Sangria was good but I have had better.

   They ran out of featured fish dish. They did compensate with 2 cocktails. Food that was replacement was so-so.

   This trip was not typical for Brother Fox. We had a reservation for Valentine's day . They ran out of one of the main dishes from the limited menu seved that night. We decided not to eat there. We were disappointed.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our Valentine’s dinner at Brother Fox last night. I’ve been wanting to come here since they opened and we finally had the opportunity and I’m so happy that we did. The food is absolutely amazing and was above and beyond any expectation I had. We are going to make more of an effort to come to Brother Fox and Sister Hen in the future. Thank you Chef and team for sharing your amazing talent with Pensacola!

    For Valentine’s day they offered a fixed price four course menu. It was a special treat. Despite large group, foot was served hot. And, they don’t ask you to keep your fork!!
